The Prince and Princess of Wales have arrived in Boston for a 3-day visit to the US culminating in the Earthshot Prize awards ceremony on Friday evening. The royal couple were photographed disembarking at Logan Airport.
Kate wore an Alexander McQueen pant suit with a tonal turtleneck sweater and croc-embossed leather belt.
There's some debate if it is the navy suit she wore for an audience with the Royal Navy Ship's Company of HMS Glasgow.

Some think it may be a new suit in the amethyst colourway (as suggested by @MiddletonMaven), but I suspect we may have incorrectly labelled the color when Kate first wore it and assumed it was navy.
ID UPDATE (21 Feb 2023): The navy sweater was identified when Kate wore it again for a Shrove Tuesday engagement at a nursing home. It is the Ralph Lauren Collection Cashmere Turtleneck Sweater ($1,090) as identified by Middleton Maven.
On her feet were the Gianvito Rossi 'Gianvito 105' Pumps in Navy Suede.
Kate added a touch of bling to her business ensemble with Princess Diana's cabochon sapphire drop earrings.
Later this afternoon, William and Kate will be officially welcomed by Boston Mayor Michelle Wu at City Hall Plaza.

Kate looks so city chic and ready for business in the immaculate McQueen tailoring. I don't envy anyone trying to firm up on that colour as the lighting must be playing tricks with it. The croc belt is a nice touch to break things up a bit. I can understand the diplomacy of wearing Diana’s earrings buy personally find them a bit fussy. However an element bling is essential for a visiting Princess!

The Princess looks chic and stylish in this pantsuit. The fit and cut is excellent. The jacket and pants are the perfect fit. I love the jumper worn. The earrings are beautiful. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
